Place the toothbrush between the gum and tooth at a 45-degree angle. Brush the teeth with short, light, circular movements. Brush the inside and outside of the tooth surfaces, as well as the chewing surfaces of the back teeth. Clean between your teeth using dental floss.

Applying cold compresses, using painkillers (but do not use them without consulting your doctor), antibiotic treatment in case of gum infection (consult a dentist).

Teeth whitening can be done by a dentist or at home. It is important to use home products with the advice of a dentist. After the whitening process, stain-causing foods and drinks such as cigarettes and coffee should be avoided.
